These types of renovations do not typically involve major structural changes or the addition of new rooms.

Haus Atelier is a Licensed GB1 Builder. Our bread and butter projects include extensive A&A, reconstruction, and new construction of houses. Aside from the heavy construction, our favorite projects include major renovations to old houses. If the internal bones of the house are good, a renovation rehaul would successfully transform any house into a gorgeous home without breaking the bank.

In general, a renovation of individual areas may be completed within 3 months but adding additional spaces or more complex work can increase the duration of the project. Most landed projects can take anywhere from 6 months to a year depending on Scope of Works. An entire house regut with plumbing, electrical and Air- Conditioning redone can take much longer!
