Taking on a half-century-old structure, we faced the challenge of rejuvenating a worn-out dwelling for clients unfamiliar with local construction norms. While preserving the building's framework, we embarked on a complete transformation, rendering it unrecognizable from its former state. Embracing a bold black-and-white exterior motif, the house exudes a charming yet quirky allure. Inside, a captivating fusion of styles unfolds, with a nod to Australian minimalist design as a nod to the clients' heritage. Natural materials grace the space, maintaining a modest yet pristine ambiance. The pièce de résistance? A glass side extension, opening up the L1 facade to lush greenery, offering an immersive connection to nature that defines the home's newfound vibrancy.
